"Already badly treated, didn't need anymore"

I was already badly treated so I could not take anymore. I was put to the early intervention team, where I was already wrongly in. The first meeting was with a very friendly nurse and another person. Unfortunately I did not get to see the nurse again after this appointment. I was hopeful and also got to see a relatively good doctor and psychiatrist.
I was very surprised at the line of follow up questioning and how they genuinely wanted to try and understand rather than jumping to conclusions or dismissing what I was saying. The same can not be said of the other person I had appointments with. They were eventually overruled by the psychiatrist, but did interrupt me when I was trying to say something and as I was only able to speak out of the far right of me by then, such had I been marginalised, this was not at all welcome. Every appointment was a battle if this person was present or at it. I kept ringing up to complain and such was my decency in comparison to them I would even agree to be put through to them. The problem in these places is the staff have too much power, and if they aren't genuinely decent people themselves then you are going to suffer. Which is the last thing you need if you've made it this far! I finally got discharged from this team, but not without this person writing a referral letter in a way that tried to cover themselves while saying I was 'alexipathic' which apparently means I have no regard for others. When you are in a situation where you are being badly treated, you have to look out for yourself first. And being unhappy about bad treatment does not mean you have no regard for others. I rang up almost after every appointment to complain. They certainly made me worse in the time I was there, and I am suffering the consequences and have developed something I did not have before I got there. I eventually gave up complaining, altho that has not helped me. It culminated in a final appointment, where I was not really listened to and some things I said dismissed without the chance to follow up. I wrote the new address down at the end but had to give it again later, this may have been an honest mistake tho. I don't know what it says on my notes but they don't want to hear from me anymore. Some of the people have their own issues clearly. I heard from one who was trying and would come across kind of well but also dismiss what you are saying, as well as a thinly veiled threat that they don't need to ask for permission regarding what they do with me. Not exactly what you need to hear. Regarding whether they work well together, I have no idea if they have to club together or they form their own alliances or battles. I would hope that some of the more decent staff there are not so happy with the poorer ones. I did get through to one person on the daytime line who was fantastic and seemed to have plenty of time for people
