"Mum went in for care, now physically & mentally..."

The Doctors and nurses are rubish! No answers, won't update on the phone (family are miles away) and generally just shocking. I was born in this hospital & should be proud. I'm not - my mum may be too far from help - apparently that's just normal service. I love the nhs, don't get me wrong. When I turned up today though, thinking the worst, all the staff nurse said was "I'm looking at my notes, and you're mums here until Monday at the earliest "(should have been transported to Paddington today (Saturday) - as mum and all family members were told) . Why couldn't that be relayed on the phone? I'd understand it more if they were busy. It's not a busy unit in anyway! However, my lovely mum has gone in with a condition and it's now very clear that after 2 weeks of being in there, she's lost a stone in weight, and being left! We're all being left!. Upside - If this continues, I'll remove my mum myself and get her to a hospital that can actually take of her, myself! (Mums in resus at the moment) I genuinely don't like this hospital- no class or people
