"Dressing of an operation wound"

I took my Dad to the minor injuries unit on a busy Saturday afternoon. The receptionist took the trouble to check that his wound could be dressed at Mount Vernon, rather than have us wait and then be told that it couldn't. Fortunately, his wound was able to be dressed on site and he was dealt with within an hour, which was excellent given the number of patients who were waiting before him. We were very impressed with the calm and pleasant atmosphere in the waiting room and, of course, with the excellent medical help received. A big thank you to all the team there.
