Last night my daughter had a planned home birth. Two lovely midwives attended one of whom was not officially on duty but came out as they had been my daughters midwife throughout her pregnancy. It was a calm beautiful experience managed with professional, sensitive ,thoughtful care from the midwives. This was an evening when you realise its impossible to put a value on excellent care from such dedicated professionals I cannot express how thankful I am too them.
