"Cancellation of Mindfulness course with Bromley Working For Wellbeing"

About: Bromley Healthcare / Talk together Bromley (IAPT)

(as the patient),

I was booked on an 8-week course on Tuesday afternoons, starting this Tuesday and have now been informed that, due to a problem over the room at Beckenham Beacon, the course has been cancelled. I could not attend the other course on a Wednesday. Having moved things around in order to attend, it is very upsetting to be told at this late stage. I shall hopefully be able to do the course next year, but was looking forward to starting this one.

I am so sorry that you have had this experience where a course has been cancelled.

I have spoken to the service lead and I understand that we tried to find alternative accommodation but this proved to be difficult at such short notice.

Once again I am very sorry and I hope, when you do get to do this course, it is beneficial.
