An elderly resident in my care had trapped herself in her wheelchair and frame, her knee seemed out of place, she was in real distress and required emergency personnel to come out, the first man on the scene was a proper gent and really helped her remain calm, and advised an ambulance out. Once the ambulance had arrived, the two ladys operating were really friendly and settled my patient quickly. Spoke to her all the way about what the plan was, kept her informed and were generally friendly and warm. once at the hospital, her dignity and respect were all they cared about.
Just amazing people.
"A really comforting experience"
