What I liked

the consistant level of attentive pro-active personal care that was shown to me I felt included and involved in my treatment which was superb! The ward was spotless and welcoming.The nurses were professional and warm in their interaction with the patients. I felt safe and knew I would be well looked after by the consultant,anesthetist,theatre staff,orderlies who make great tea too! This is my fourth time in Day Surgery and the level of care over the past 12 years remains patient centred.I think praise is well deserved to the nursing managers

of the team.Thanks again for your care and support and my prompt recovery.

Yes, I almost forgot your first point of call will be with the highly skilled and sensitive reception staff who will arrange you stay.
