"Poor dignity and communication"

About: Kettering General Hospital / Accident and emergency

Partner had to have an ecg in a&e and instead of asking if she would like the female nurse carry it out a male assistant asked her to completely strip from the waist up. Patient was too tired and worried to ask for a female nurse. Dont think this is wholly inappropriate?Especially as at the time, 2 female nurses/assistants were playing with their mobile phones at reception! Poor care.
