(as a relative),

My mother is in her 90s and had been in hospital for three weeks. She finds it very difficult to walk and now she is ready to come home. The physiotherapy dept have been excellent, encouraging her to try to walk and being positive in their attitude which makes a tremendous difference. They have managed to arrange to have everything in place in mum's house to allow her to get back home. I can't thank and praise them enough.
