About: Withington Hospital / Gynaecology

I came to the Paletine clinic today and wanted to praise all the staff. The receptionist was absolutely lovely and brought me into the office so I had privacy explaining what help I needed. The nurse I saw was the loveliest person, they made me feel so comfortable and talked me through everything, they even checked with other nurses that they had given me all the right information and fast tracked me a referral for another clinic. Before going in I was extremely nervous but they gave me good peace of mind and made sure that I was okay before I left! I can't explain how kind and comforting they were!
