GP knew how to get me into the system for my back problem. Even chased up the hospital when delays occurred. Most importantly their intervention worked, my operation was bought forward and successful. Nurses and reception staff are as helpful as can be. All the doctors I have dealt with take patient care seriously, and most importantly they listen. In my experience if the doctor you ask to see is very busy, or unavailable alternatives are offered. They even have a sit and wait clinic daily. Thanking them for their efforts only take a few seconds, and is appreciated by all.
