"Service at the surgery"

I am very pleased with the overall quality of care from Westcroft Surgery. The staff have always been very helpful and pleasant to me. I cannot fault the care given to me from both doctors and nurses since joining the practice back in 1991 when it was just a caravan. They have helped me through various illnesses over the years, from mild to serious health issues.

This goes for all of our dealings with the NHS including Milton Keynes and Aylesbury hospitals. There is only one problem, which leads to all others that doctors and staff have to face. That is..... there are too many patients to see. Now we have another huge estate opening up soon, so more people needing doctors. The frustration at trying to get an appointment at the surgery will result in more turning up at the walk in centre or worse, A & E. I do not mind waiting for six weeks to see a doctor when its not an emergency, but not everyone will be as helpful. Our doctors and staff are the best there are!
