About: Solihull Hospital / General surgery

I wish to thank all the staff on ward 14 of Solihull Hospital. I underwent gall bladder surgery on Tuesday 20th September 2016. From the moment I arrived until I was discharged the same evening, I was shown nothing but great care and attention. What a fabulous friendly bunch of people, I was put at ease and shown respect by everyone of them. I totally recommend this ward and Hospital to anyone considering this a their choice of treatment.A massive thank you to all of you x

Thank you so much for your kind comments about the treatment and care you received whilst an inpatient on Ward 14 at Solihull Hospital.

I am so pleased to read that from the moment you arrived until you were discharged the same evening, you was shown nothing but great care and attention, and that you found all of the staff to be a friendly bunch who put you at ease and was respectful at all times.

I will be delighted to ensure that your comments are highlighted to the Ward Manager for Ward 14, as well as the Matron and the Clinical Director for General Surgery, who will be equally pleased to note your comments and communicate them to the wider nursing and clinical teams.

Feedback such as yours is really important and gives our hard working staff a huge feeling of appreciation for the care and treatment they provide.

I do hope my actions are acceptable, and I hope you are continuing to recover well from your surgery. Once again thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is really important to us.
