About: Sidmouth Hospital

Many thanks to the caring Staff who looked after my elderly (90) father yesterday during his procedure.

He has vascular dementia and your patience and respect was totally first class even to the point of singing his favourite musical songs during his procedure.

You made him feel at ease and relaxed about the whole experience. Truly 'individual' care at it's best.

Dear Gill

Thank you for sharing your feedback surrounding your fathers care. Its was very good to learn that staff treated him with such care and consideration, which was especially important as he suffers with dementia. Staff always do their best to provide individualised are, and we certainly succeeded on this occasion.

I have shared your very kind comments with the staff concerned, where they will be very welcomed.
