About: North Essex Partnership NHS Foundation Trust

My adult daughter had been struggling with mental health and we were worried about her returning to work. Then an Employment Specialist Service was offered to her. This service was incredible her Employment Specialist was personable, understanding, very business-like, efficient, and patient and always willing to do that extra bit. They were very supportive for me as well listening to my concerns and offering advice.

We are happy to hear that the Specialist was professional – we seek to offer a high level of service and your comments confirm that this was delivered. I am glad that you were included in the process – including family in the process is very important so that they can offer on-going support throughout their relative’s recovery.
