The car parking in the hospital grounds is excellent but spoilt by what I believe is the unwrranted use by car commuters using the hospital as a car park to avoid paying in the railway staion car park. This practice should be stopped by fining or wheel clamping people who are not visiting the hospital for medical reasons. Easy enough by staff parking badges and issuing a ticket at a barrier which can be validated for exit by reception staff on a valid hospital visit. Exit barrier where they pay a minumim charge of £15 if the ticket is not validated, similiar to Frimley Park. Many times I have found cars parked in clearly labeled disabled bays by cars not displayng valid blue badges
