Care and treatment couldn't be faulted. Maybe an indication of the waiting time for the investigation would have been useful ( as opposed to being 4th in the queue ) but bearing in mind the operational pressure this is nit picking. Many thanks for your professionalism, care and support.

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your positive experience whist a patient in the Treatment Centre which we will pass on to the staff.

It is difficult to give waiting times for investigations as these can only be approximate, but as a Division we will look at how we are keeping patients informed.
