What could be improved
Telecommunications. The 0844 822 0007 telephone number is a "premium call scam" which can cost a caller a small fortune while the button pressing and holding on routine is followed. Be honest and offer a geographic number or at least one with an 0845 prefix.
Anything else?
I was referred by my GP for a painful condition. When I phoned - and was lucky enough to get through - I was told that the waiting list to see the surgeon was "up to 18 weeks" so I had to see him privately - waiing time 2 days! So much for a quick and efficient NHS. It seems that all the money thrown at it is spent on beauaucracy and "senior" clerks (like the CE and cohorts)
