Friendly, helpful staff.
What could be improved
I trapped a nerve in my spine in late August 2009. I am still waiting for treatment, though had a scan in Feb 2010. My fingers are numb and my condition is growing much worse. Though I have recently been made unemployed I am now considering a private treatment. I am very disappointed.
Anything else?
When I HAVE received treatment, I have been reasonably pleased with the quality.
Receptionist seemed very unhelpful indeed.
