"Darwen district nurses"

A family member had to use Darwens district nurse service for approx 8 weeks. I found them to be arrogant, rude and have no respect confidentiality at all.  We as a family found them to be judgemental and not at all supportive. I had to involve social workers on call due to my relative being discharged from hospital and the districts wouldn't arrange adequate carers leading to him being on his own. I still get horrible looks from them much later, very unprofessional. I was told by nurse at his care home that the districts had described us a 'problem' family to them. The only 'problem' is that we where struggling due to YOUR errors and in an already stressful time YOUR failures. They seem really unhappy and quick to be nasty.
