"Hardwick- District Nursing - Bull Farm Primary Care Centre"

On the day when my wife was due to be discharged from Kings Mill hospital at the end of June after a knee replacement operation, unfortunately she suffered a wound to her leg caused by a crutch falling on it.

As a result she had to be visited by your nurses over a period of two months. She has now been discharged.

We want to record our very deep appreciation and thanks for the care she recieved. she had twenty one visits by a dozen or so nurses, and every single one of them mwas exemplary.

They were all cheerful and made us feel better and confident that all would be all right in the end. They were all willing to spend time explaining everything and not one of them gave the impression that she was having to dash off to her next appointment.

They all knew their job and were efficient.

They were all angels of mercy and we are so grateful for this service provided for people in need.

In these days when so many people grumble about the National Health Service please convery our thanks and best wishes to all concerned.
