My 17 year old Daughter was transferred from the QE11 on Tuesday, 20 September 2016 to AMU.
She had severe pain in her head, flashing lights and sore neck.
She was seen promptly and was given the utmost care and respect from the nurses and doctors.
Grace was put in a room where it was quiet.
This room was air conditioned and exceptionally clean.
Every single member of staff we saw that day were kind and courteous to her.
They kept us (Mum and Dad) informed of what was going on and were absolutely thorough in everything they did.
She had a CT scan and bloods taken.
We were fortunately given the all clear and came home the early hours of the morning.
Grace was given the option that she could stay the night if she had wanted to.
I would thoroughly recommend this hospital to anyone and would like to say a massive thank you to everyone who was so lovely. Kind regards Elaine.
