"Speach and Language Psychotherapy"

About: Queen's Medical Centre / Ear, Nose and Throat

In these times of cuts and lack of funding in the NHS, services matter. I think it important to tell you all, my story. In 2009 I was diagnosised with a rare chronic desease called RRP which affects your Speach, breathing and is pre cancerous. There is no cure! The growths are removed by surgery on a regularly basis. The illness took my job, my respect and my mind through mental health problems. If it Was't for the Psychotherapist I saw at the QMC Nottingham within the Speach therapy /ENT department. I wouldn't of made it, no ifs no buts "I couldt of made it without you" I told them. That person knows who they are! And I'll never forget the help and patiences, I Recieved from them!!! Thank you so much, again...
