Today I had to pay a visit to the Minor Injuries Unit . This was the first time as I am new to Kent and I can say what a pleasant surprise I had.

Immacculately clean hospital, very friendly and efficient staff and superb facilities. Previous visits to my former Minor Injuries in Essex would result in sitting in a dismal, dirty, unfriendly waiting area whereas the Buckland was bright airy and welcoming. Also I arrived at 8.15am and was seen by a nurse at 8.25 . Excellent service .

We are very proud of this new facility - 21st century facilities for modern health care provision.

But lovely surroundings need to be matched with a good service as well - so thank you very much for highlighting the excellent service you received from the Minor Injuries staff.

I hope you are feeling much better now.
