My daughter came to Birmingham eye hospital for a scan on her eyes. She was very anxious especially about having eye drops administered. The consultant who dealt with my daughter immediately put her at ease, reassured her and explained everything thoroughly. He had a fantastic approach and even made my daughter smile. The consultant is a credit to the department.
