About: William Harvey Hospital (Ashford) / Accident and emergency

I have attended the accident and emergency ward 3 times in the last 18 months. The reason was for bouts of gallstone attacks. First time this had to be diagnosed. Each visit I have been seen promptly due to the level of pain. I cannot fault the Doctors and nurses in the treatment and care provided to me regardless of the pressures they are under.

Thank you very much for letting us know about the prompt treatment you receive every time you visit with your gallstone attacks.

I fully appreciate how painful this must be.
