The doctors saved my life... I had done a very bad heart infarct and was almost dying as I arrived in Harefield. After several main problems, I woke up with a VAD..

Everybody have been so professional, so kind to me, treating me with humanity respect, kindness. Everything was perfect and I had to leave this team with some regrets. Special thanks to the doctor who made to me an internal heart massage during 20 minutes and to the doctor who came abroad with me as I have been transfered in Paris.

I'm doing very well yet and I'm waiting for an heart transplantation

What could be improved

I'm afraid i'm not able to answer this question. Everybody and everything was perfect...much more human than any hospital in France!

I promisde you to come back in Harefield as soon as I can after my heart transplantation to thank personnaly all the team who took care of me: I mean the doctors, anesthesists, nurses, the cook , the cleaning team, the physiotherapists...
