"I have been a frequent visitor ..."

About: Northwick Park Hospital

(as a relative),

What could be improved? I have been a frequent visitor to the hospital over many months and parking in the multi-storey costs me 3-6 pounds every visit. Outside the multi-storey there are four or five "dropping off" points for A&E where cars are allowed to drop a patient but not linger. Every time I visit there is the same car parked in the same "drop off" bay. It is there when I arrive and it is there when I leave many hours later. How can this be? I surmise that it must belong to one of the car park staff, and this is the only reason I can find for why this particular vehicle enjoys immunity from the car parking enforcement measures. If they are a staff member presumably they get free parking in any case, but selfishly they choose to leave their car in plain sight where they can monitor it and in so doing, they take up 20-25% of the places supposed to be available for a specific worthy purpose for the public. I would like to see something done about it.
