"Emergency department - friendly, reassuring, put at ease"

About: Dr Gray's Hospital / Emergency Medicine

(as a relative),

I took my dad in to the emergency department as he was very breathless and anxious. All of the staff were very friendly and reasurred him as he was waiting on CT scan results post radiotherapy.

Dr Williams was very professional and explained the results to my dad.

At all times we were made to feel at ease.
