"Ward 1"

Was admitted as a day case for shoulder surgery and was kept in overnight on Ward 1. The staff were superb both day and night staff nothing was a problem to them, they managed my pain so well, the person with the hostess trolley was very friendly and the cleaners were amazing, I can honestly say the bathroom/toilet area was spotless. A huge thank you to the surgeon's, doctors, anaesthetists and nurses in theatre they made you feel so relaxed. All in all I had a wonderful experience, now I'm on the road to recovery. A huge thank you to each and every member of staff , your team work is second to none. My NHS treatment was more like 5* private treatment, I would have been more than happy to pay a bill when I was discharged, thank you again.
