Was sent by my gp to ent for hearing assessment.a very nice person did my assessment and concluded I would need two aids.
They took moulds of both ears and would be informed when the aids would be ready.less than 4 weeks later was back for fitting by another nice member of staff. The result was startling .all in all a marvellous service all round.thanks to you all.
