Having recently undergone oral surgery at the Hospital, I am urged to write some brief comment about my experience. The required procedure was sufficiently important as to require hospital attention rather than the dentist surgery. Understandably I was both apprehensive and nervous prior to the appointment. I have to say, all the staff involved were extremely kind, helpful and sympathetic and the surgery procedure was gentle and undertaken with utmost care taking into account my comfort at all times - it was painless and I almost fell asleep. It turned out to be the most relaxing part of my day by far. Many thanks to all involved. If you've had any kind of customer training, rest assured it works. Who needs private health care when you have such a good NHS experience. You must deal with all kinds of characters in your work and you must do many of these operations over the day - however, you made me feel like the only one.
