"Forgotten patient."

As a whole I have always received great care from this hospital however in recent months It seems I have been forgotten about regarding follow up appointments. Impossible to speak to anybody regarding this issue whilst my symptoms worsen. The hospital is clean and accessible and the staff are polite, caring and efficient and every doctor I've met with has been extraordinarily helpful. It seems that it is just the 'processes' that are going a miss.
