"A smooth positive appointment"

In August I had an appointment in outpatients in the dermatology dept. The receptionist when I booked in for my appointment was nice and very friendly. I was then welcomed by a nice friendly nurse who introduced themselves and took me into the waiting area. The Doctor I saw was really nice too. I was treated with respect and everything they proposed to do for further treatment was fully explained to me. I came away feeling I had been well taken care of. So thank you all. I would also just like to add that you can get a really nice cuppa or a coffee in the hospital too.
