I visited the Rapid Diagnostic & Assessment Centre today & was extremely impressed with the hospital & in particular the specialist nurse practitioner and the 2 staff members who conducted my mammogram & ultrasound.
They couldn't have done more to put me at ease, each of them took time to speak to me & didn't treat me like 'just another patient'. I was also very impressed that they let you know the outcome of your visit before you leave - how brilliant is that?
I was fortunate that my lump was a cyst but really wanted to acknowledge how exceptional I thought the staff were. Thank you.
