"Disappointed with care for someone with learning disabilities"

horrible feedback. nothing positive . I feel so let down by the nhs.

I felt there was lack of care and the doctors we saw were in my opinion rude and obnoxious.

almost everyday we saw what seemed to be incorrect doses of medication

patient didn't eat for 3 weeks before getting saline

patient had learning difficulties and so seemed left alone all the time without care.

patient so weak fell down on a few occasion trying to go to bathroom. fellow patient had to get him back in bed.

so much more i am so dissapointed.

Dialysis and wrong doses of insulin - patient keep going into hyperglycemia.

so sorry it is that bad. I am very disappointed
