"My aunt would not be here but for the good care"

About: University Hospital Wishaw / Emergency Department University Hospital Wishaw / Respiratory Medicine (Ward 7)

(as a relative),

My aunt (I'm next of kin) was admitted as an emergency with a serious asthma attack. The staff in emergency care were excellent explaining everything that was going on.

She was then transferred to HDU and ward seven. She was very pleased with her care and treatment and I know she would not be here today if it was not for them. She was very happy with her care and is now doing well.

Thanks to Maureen at HDU and the excellent spiritual support she received from Harry the chaplain. She is very grateful.

Dear ms1,

Many thanks for taking the time to provide us with feedback following your aunts recent admission to the Emergency care Unit and HDU.

The staff will be delighted to read these positive comments from you and I will ensure that the staff you have mentioned personally are informed.

I hope your aunt is making good progress.

Once again many thanks for your kind words.

Best wishes

Andy
