"Incredible care despite the pressures upon the clinic"

I attended this clinic over 2 days for a surgical abortion. I found all the staff to be very reassuring, friendly and maintained my safety and dignity at all times.

Yes, the clinic is incredibly busy (due to the suspension of services at Marie Stopes) and the waiting times can be long. However, they do inform you of this upon arrival, and the staff are obviously doing an incredibly efficient job of making sure each patient is seen and treated despite the immense pressure and time constraints upon them. Perhaps I understood this more than other people due to working in a hospital myself.

They provide you with a good amount of information about how the procedure will go and with the discharge and post-treatment care advice. I want to say thank you again to the staff for their roles in helping women and supporting their choices, I am very grateful.
