"Avoid at all costs!"

This is a really terrible hospital. Ever since the merger with Guys, things are literally out of control. There is virtually no communication between the different departments, some staff show zero empathy for patients / their families, etc...I have submitted three formal complaints in the past three years - they apologise, make reassurances that things will improve, etc. - but nothing ever changes. Go elsewhere if you can!
