"My recent visit"

About: Leicester Royal Infirmary / Accident and emergency

My elderly mother (end of life care) had a nasty fall as a consequences had a head injury, taken to A&E.

I was told there were no bedpans available when I requested for one. There were not enough wheelchairs available to bring her to taxi. I have to wait for long time. I asked few staff to get me one. I was told that priority given to in patient. I believe that elderly should be looked after promptly and enough resources should be available.
