"Neurology outpatients is a shambles"

About: Colchester General Hospital / Neurology

Now, I gave a glowing review before, but since I have been an outpatient I have had nothing but trouble with this hospital. I had the initial problem and was admitted on 17th Dec last year. I stayed in for 2 weeks and was discharged on 31st Dec. I had my first follow up MRI on 24th Feb and got the results of that back on 7th July. Great timing everyone! I had my second follow up MRI on 10th August and only through my hassling have I finally got half a result today (20th September). I have contacted PALS numerous times, who have been as helpful as a chocolate fireguard, I have chased my GP who has failed to call me back on at least 2 occasions and I have had unreturned calls from the neurologists PA. I just want the PA's email address as I am unable to call during work hours and obviously, those are the only hours they work.
