"Dads care on Beach Ward"

We feel that we wish to comment on the staff on Beach Ward. Our much loved dad/grandad David was in the care of the Beach Ward team for 3.5 months. We were overwhelmed every time we visit, by the care offered by the staff. They know him well and were quick to notice if there were any changes in the way he presents. We have seen him treated with kindness and meticulous care. We shall forever remain grateful for the continued dedication of the staff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience of the staff and care provided to David on Beach ward.

It’s very valuable for us to get feedback on the service we provide. It’s particularly encouraging for the team when we hear constructive feedback around the care provided to a patient, but also that carers/family feel that they have been part of the process and supported accordingly.

We take this opportunity to thank you for your loving support and involvement in caring for your dad/grandad, it makes such a positive impact on how we can do our job.
