"Phlebotomy staff"

About: Queen Elizabeth Hospital (Gateshead)

20/9/16 I was referred to the phlebotomy unit as local GP practice nurses were unable to take blood (on 2 separate occasions) for oncology review (poor veins after chemo). The phlebotomy staff member who dealt with me didn't introduce themself, was rude, unhelpful and obstinate. I left very dissatisfied and without a plan of action. Poor standard of care.
