What I liked
i had my first cataract op' on nov 5th a 30 min op that was painless (except stinging of eye drops) a bandage and back in the waiting room for tea n bickies BUT THE NEXT DAY PEELING OFF THE BANDAGE WAS AMAZING SO MUCH LIGHT AND EVERYTHING WAS SO SHARP AND EVEN IN FOCUS seeing the cobwebs etc the niggle was wearing my glasses and being 'blind in one eye with and the opposite eye without, on dec 8th i phoned to 'see' if there was a cancellation for the 2nd cataract op unbelievably and wonderful news 4 hours later they phoned and said if got there within an hour they'd do the op there was space, anyway, as you can imagine the next day was GREAT taking off that bandage and eyes balanced and walking around 'naked and light' without those damn thick glasses, I wish this op was available 30/40 years ago, its life changing. I am still amazed every morning i wake i can see so well.... Dw
What could be improved
better "after sales service" on appointments/checkups.
I mislaid phone no' wasnt in phone book or yellow pages that i could 'see' or even yell.com had to google the thing
Anything else?
only one niggle the nurse doing the first checkup/eye test was terse, just bit my tongue as everybody else i had been in contact with had been SUPURB
"i had my first cataract op' ..."
