What could be improved

tried using your website to find Prestbury clinic - it's hopeless, doesn't even mention it, which building it's in etc. This compares very badly with Glos. Royal, which provides detailed helpful information - suggest you learn from them. This is pathetic, considering it's supposed to be there to help - rather than just profile yourselves. What's the point? I'll have to use the phone, in a rush, tomorrow before my appointment....

It's really easy for you to fix this immediately.
