(as the patient),

Good attentive and caring staff when with you, long periods we were left alone and know idea when midwife would be back. Would have been nice if told back in 10 mins or call and i'll come.

Nice clean areas, looked like it was cleaned regularly and thoroughly

Discharge could have been better coordinated (11oclock should mean 11oclock and not one thirty?)

We were pleased to hear that you found the staff on the Maternity Unit attentive and caring, and that you found the unit to be clean.

However we were disappointed to read that you experienced delays in your discharge. We endeavour to discharge women as quickly as possible in the morning, however during periods of unusually high work intensity this can sometimes be delayed. We can only apologise for the delays you experienced.
