(as the patient),

Following three unpleasant bouts of inflamed gall bladder it was decided to schedule a gall bladder operation. Mr Bennet was most understanding & supportive with regard to agreeing the date for day-surgery.

The pre-op assessment was very professional & reassuring.

The day of the operation went well. Huge thanks to all the team for their professional excellence. Mr Bennet & his surgical team were exemplary. Jackie, Siobhan & the nursing team could not have been kinder or more caring.

Apologies to those I cannot recall but all your efforts are very much appreciated. Thank you.
