"Children outpatients"

I bring my daughter here why I don't know I'm always made to feel like I'm the bad one if my daughter missed an appointment I understand that I should bring her to every appointment but when you forget/my daughter is in school/money Issues in get the way and when you tell them you would like an early/late/after school appointment for your child so she doesn't miss to much school they don't listen, my daughter hates coming for bloods and the staff don't even try and make her feel better, then they say she didn't show up to some appointments when I know full well she did, to be honest I'd rather they would refer me back to my doctors so I can be sent now to Manchester Childrens hospital.

We are very sorry to hear that you and your daughter are having difficulties with our appointments in children's out patients.

Please could you contact Andy Butler our paediatric matron via 01204 390637 to discuss your concerns
