"High praise for staff"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Cardiology

I had an angiogram a couple of month ago (28/07/16) and I cannot praise the staff enough for their courteous and respectful behaviour. During the day I was very well looked after and during the actual angiogram, staff involved me in conversations which showed a high level of appropriate communication skills hitherto never experienced in any of my hospital visits. I was treated with dignity and respect. Thank you, Elke
