I attended the clinic this morning with a suspected cracked rib.
I waited for an hour and a half, at which point I asked how long I might have to carry on waiting.
I was told it could be another hour and a half, and therefore given other commitments I had to leave.
I fully accept that the clinic can't control patient flow, and occasionally a long wait is to be expected.
What I can't accept is the complete lack of communication from staff.
It would have taken no effort to keep those of us sitting in the waiting room updated.
Very frustrating.
